He obtained his Bachelors of Art degree in Human Development and a Masters of Art degree in Marital and Family Therapy at Pacific Oaks College, in Pasadena California.

Vincent’s therapeutic skills allow clients to quickly feel at home. Vincent offers a balance of clinical skills, coupled with an authentic, professional, and non-judgmental approach. He believes that this helps the client to work past barriers and express their feelings. Vincent works primarily with a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach and incorporates the 12-step principles for those struggling with substance abuse issues.

Vincent has a wealth of clinical experience. He has worked as a Social Work Practitioner for the Department of Child and Family Services in the Group Home Unit and as a Therapist for the Children’s Crisis Unit of Fresno County Mental Health. He has worked in community service organizations such as the Fresno County Economic Opportunities Commission. Additionally, Vincent has worked as a school therapist for troubled youth in the Fresno, Clovis, and Central Unified School Districts. Vincent’s work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Supervisor, and Addictions Specialist has helped him develop a broad range of skills from years of experience providing mental health treatment, case management, supervision, and crisis management services.

Vincent’s dedication to providing quality mental health services continues today as the founder and president of Alpha Behavioral Counseling Center and Omega Mental Health.

Vincent began Alpha Behavioral Counseling center in a one room office and has grown his business to a ten-office operation, employing over twelve individuals and providing mental health services to countless Central Valley residents.
