EMDR Therapists

Meet our team of therapists who are trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is a powerful psychotherapy approach that has been found to be effective in treating trauma, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. Our team of EMDR therapists has undergone specialized training and certification to provide this evidence-based treatment to our clients. They are equipped with the skills and knowledge to guide you through the EMDR process, which involves recalling traumatic memories while engaging in bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements or tapping. Our team of EMDR therapists is dedicated to helping our clients heal from the effects of past traumas and move towards a more fulfilling and satisfying life.
