Catherine earned her doctorate through Alliant International University in Los Angeles, CA, and her Bachelor’s degree through the University of Miami in Miami, FL. She has been conducting assessments and indivudual and group therapy since 2003.

Her approach to therapy is to create a safe space where it is possible to examine patterns of behavior and develop a realistic, life-changin plan. She enjoys finding a balance between the science behind effective mental health care and the art of tailoring current research to each client.
