Catherine earned her doctorate through Alliant International University in Los Angeles, CA, and her Bachelor’s degree through the University of Miami in Miami, FL. She has been conducting assessments and indivudual and group therapy since 2003.
Her approach to therapy is to create a safe space where it is possible to examine patterns of behavior and develop a realistic, life-changin plan. She enjoys finding a balance between the science behind effective mental health care and the art of tailoring current research to each client. Her practice has included a wide variety of mental health issues, from serious mental illness, head injuries, relationship issues, and learning disorders; and a wide variety of clients, people of all ages, varied races, from all walks of life. Her experience includes psychological testing, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention and education.
