Tamika Schmidt

Julia Dillon

I am dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals through a comprehensive and integrative approach to therapy. My practice encompasses a diverse range of theoretical orientations and methodologies, including Cognitive (Trauma-informed CBT, ACT, DBT), Humanistic (Person-Centered, Positive Psychology), Social Constructionist (Narrative), and multicultural practices. With a lifelong passion for psychology, my professional mission is to improve lives through compassion, connection, and culturally competent clinical care. This mission is at the heart of my work with clients. 

Personal Interests 

Beyond my professional endeavors, I find joy in gardening. This activity not only connects me with nature but also grounds me in the present moment. My garden features five beds with various herbs and vegetables, and approximately one hundred fruit trees and berry shrubs.
