Manuela Barragan

Manuela Barragan

Hello, my name is Manuela Barragan, and I am an Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, AMFT#162444 and Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, APCC#22311, with a passion for supporting those I serve. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from humanistic, holistic, and cognitive behavioral (CBT) frameworks to meet each client’s unique needs.

My work is deeply informed by both my professional training and personal experiences, which have shaped my empathy and understanding. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we explore challenges, deepen insight into thoughts and emotions, and work toward meaningful healing and growth.

I am Maria Griffin, a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #145970, Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor #16232, and Trauma Informed Associate at Omega.  I have always been interested in the biological and variable nature of psychology.  The way the mind formulates ways to protect itself and process events is fascinating.  It was through my experience as a Science Teacher that I also realized that the practice of providing support and guidance for those who reach out for help was a satisfying experience. I graduated from National University which has provided an exceptional foundation for the counseling of individuals, families, couples, and children.  The modalities that I tend to practice are an integration of psychodynamic, existential, and cognitive theories. These ideologies encompass realistic views of self, adjusting maladaptive thought, and the role that childhood has on current life expressions.  I look forward to learning more about mental health promotion within the Fresno community and working to encourage confidence in the power of personal change.

Hi, I’m Vanessa Lucero, a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #162248. I believe healing happens through what we process in session and how it begins to show up in everyday life. I focus on exploring the experiences that have shaped each person, while also making space for what is present in the moment. I value meeting clients where they are and supporting them in feeling understood as they move toward growth and change.
