Loyd Ware is the Program Manager for the City of Oakland’s Residential Lending and Rehabilitation Programs. The program provides loans and grants, technical assistance including project design, management and funding to low and moderate homeowners to correct health and safety related conditions.
He’s worked for the City for 31 years. Loyd’s also the current president of the Board of Directors for the West Oakland Health Center in Oakland California. He’s been a member of West Oakland’s Board for 7 years.
Loyd graduated from the University of California at Davis with a degree in Architecture. He currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. Loyd Joined the Board of Directors for Omega Mental Health in 2020.
