The Health & Wellness Fair is a free, community-wide initiative designed to promote wellness.
We hope this message finds you well and that your organization continues to thrive. Last year, Omega Mental Health Inc. united families, service providers, and community advocates for an inspiring wellness event that helped hundreds access support and vital resources. We are proud to host the Second Annual Health & Wellness Fair on Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Junior Exhibit Building, Fresno Fairgrounds, 1121 South Chance Ave. Fresno, CA. 93702.
The Health & Wellness Fair is a free, community-wide initiative designed to promote wellness, expand access to mental and physical health services, and provide opportunities for individuals to connect with organizations that can support their ongoing well-being.
As a vendor, you will have the chance to connect with a diverse audience and contribute to the community’s wellbeing by providing essential tools and resources. Your participation will not only help raise awareness but will also support ongoing mental health initiatives in our area.

Event Time: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Event Location: Junior Exhibit Building, Fresno Fairgrounds, 1121 South Chance Ave. Fresno, CA. 93702
Cost: Early Bird Registration Fee $100.00 (deadline for Early Bird Registration -Monday, February 2, 2026)
Late Registration Fee: $150.00 (deadline for vendor registration -Tuesday, March 31, 2026)
Vendor Setup Time: 8:00 am on Saturday, April 18, 2026 Booth Size: 10X10 space that includes (1) table and (2) chairs. Please note: Canopies are not permitted, as this is an indoor event.
Vendor Parking Information: Free parking is available at the Chance Ave. Parking Lot (refer to map attached)
To confirm your participation, please review the attached Vendor Packet for further information on registration, guidelines, and how to secure your spot. We would love to have your presence at the fair, and we believe that your services will make a positive impact on the attendees.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: $100.00 (Deadline: Monday, February 2, 2026)
LATE REGISTRATION: $150.00 (February 3, 2026 to March 31, 2026)
